Companion Services at Oaknoll Retirement Residence

Companion services are utilized by all levels of care within the Oaknoll Community.  Services provided are based on each resident’s unique needs and preferences. There is an hourly fee for companion services.

Companion Services

• Offer companionship & conversation
• Provide respite care
• Provide meal preparation
• Play games, cards, or do crafts
• Clean refrigerator and freezer while checking for food expirations
• Assist with reading
• Write letters and correspondence
• Organize mail
• Care for houseplants
• Mail bills, letters and packages
• Provide light housekeeping
• Assist with laundry & ironing
• Take out garbage and recycling
• Change linens
• Shop for groceries
• Escort to appointments
• Attend events
• Organize and clean closets
