Benefits for Full-time Staff:
For most benefits, eligibility follows successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

Paid Leave
  • 2 weeks (10 days) vacation after one year with an
    additional day of vacation added each year to a maximum of 4 weeks (20 days).

  • Paid sick leave. Up to 8 days per year, accruing to a maximum
  • of 65 days.
  • 8 paid holidays per year -- New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas, and New Year's Eve Day.



Retirement Plan

403(b) Tax-deferred, savings plan with 100% vesting upon enrollment.   Ours is a defined contribution plan.  Eligible employees need not
contribute in order to receive the Oaknoll contribution.  Oaknoll contribution increases with length of service. Maximum contribution is reached after 11 years of service.
