Accrued from date of hire; available for use after 90 days.

RETIREMENT PLAN
Oaknoll offers a 403(b) tax-deferred, savings plan for retirement.  The plan is a defined contribution plan with 100% vesting upon enrollment.  Eligible employees, who choose to save for retirement, receive the Oaknoll contribution.  The Oaknoll contribution increases with length of service until the maximum contribution is reached.  Any employee, who is nineteen years old or older, may enroll for personal contributions.
