Assisted Living

What is Assisted Living?
Our Assisted Living area provides services and programs that support
residents who may need additional assistance in their daily lives.
With the option of assisted living, our residents will maintain their
independence and dignity while living in their own apartment.
Oaknoll's certified assisted living area consists of 21 apartments.
Assisted Living, part of our continuum of care, is only available
to Oaknoll residents who have lived independently in an apartment
and now need additional services.
What services are provided in the Assisted Living area?
The following basic services are provided to residents living in
the Assisted Living area at no additional charge:
- 24 hour nursing supervision
- 20 meals per month
- Laundry services (including making beds and changing sheets)
- Housekeeping and maintenance
- Shopping and errands
- Transportation
- Monitoring of vital signs, weight and health care conditions,
and application of medically necessary treatments
- Social Services
- Social, religious, educational, and exercise programs
